Iphone won't sync please help

Hi I am unable to sync my iphone 4s on my macbook pro because I believe i've sync'ed it once on my old PC and it won't sync on my macbook pro anymore? Someone knows of any way around this or if there is anything i should do?

I need to get my phone sync'ed as it is time for a warranty exchange. Please help.
