iphone wont sync with iphoto

Hi,
My iphone 5s won't sync with my macbook pro iphoto (v. 10.6.8). It works on my wifes macbook pro.

I've tried to troubleshoot and google the issue, but I haven't been able to resolve it.

If anyone has any suggestions or advice, I would really appreciate it!

Pretty sure you can't "sync" with iphoto.

You need to plug in the phone(no wifi sync like itunes) and import the photos.

Connect the phone to the computer. In iTunes click on your phone. At the top of the page, click photos, then click what group of photo's you want on your phone, click sync.

I think that's all the steps...
