iPhone won't sync

Hello people

When I plug in my iPhone 4s, it won't sync everything. It basically runs through 3-4 steps in iTunes, whereas it normally runs through a couple more steps. It's syncing any songs or anything.

I did perform a clean install recently, so it probably has something do to with that.

Anyone, how do I sync my iPhone again?
