My iphone won't turn off, when I use the slider to turn off it just restarts. When I try a hard reset (pwr + home buttons) it just restarts. Also when I connect to my macbook I get "device not compatible" message on the phone and 'device drawing too much power from usb' on my laptop. I cannot restore because itunes doesn't recognize the phone. I am at a lost, please help. thanx.
