iPhone won't turn on! URGENT <3

a friend of mine installed tethered redsn0w about a month ago -- not exactly sure what version though.


earlier today, my iPhone 4 just suddenly turns off and it isn't getting detected by iTunes.


What do I do? I don't even know what to search.

I made an appointment with the apple store for 1am just in case. I hope they won't be able to trace that I jailbroke my phone, if I do end up going.


PLEASE someone help me. I am leaving on a trip tomorrow morning for the weekend and need my phone.

Restart phone

Just hold down home button and sleep button til it restarts.

It's stuck in recovery mode, try to kick it out with tiny umbrella.

Call your friend and ask him/her how to boot your iPhone tethered using redsn0w. I think it will fix your issue.

Going to just restore it back to factory. redsn0w was giving me some issues, and freezing up on calls and whatnot. Have they updated a new version that's more stable?
