I have a 2 week old iphone 4, was on it last night, put it on for charge, woke up this morning and it wont turn on, i have tried all the different techniques such as reset and hard reset etc.
Rang apple and they say to take it in, however it is jailbroken, what should i do as i cannot restore to normal settings as my computer wont recognise it when it is turned off, please help.

Thanks

Go through the steps to put it in dfu mode while plugged into your computer, see if you get the USB connect sound then, if so then restore. If not I doubt there is a software solution for this.

You might have a hardware issue. If you manage to get it to restore then get iPhone error 28, take it back to Apple.
