iphone won't turn on

hi,

got 2g iphone with 3.1.2 firmwire.

4 days ago it turned off altho it was full charged.

try to turn it on - no luck.
try pressing power+homw button and still no luck.
try charging it- no luck.

conected it to the pc and itunes was able to see it-i restored it but
nothing hapned. the phone still wont turned on (the screen is black
and no sound or call can be mad).

please help.

Most likelly a hardware issue.
You can get it replaced at Apple for $200

even the older 2g phones? will you get a 2g or can you upgrade?

You will get the same model.
Unless you get lucky and they're out of stock on 2G models.
But chances are slim.
