Think about it. At a little over 12million units that is supposedly available on Nov 3, and most likely all will sell out on day one, Apple will make roughly $12.9 billion dollars in a single day and sell 12 million units of a single item. Give or take a day or two as an outlier (if all 12mil+ iPhone Xs aren't sold out on day one) they are still making a billion dollars in a day for a physical product. That's insane.
Since the iPhone X 64GB = $999 and 256GB = $1149 I took the average cost. Who know's if its split down the line or more of 64GB or 256GB versions and vice versa. Apart from iPhone 6 sales, which represents 6 and 6+, 2 different models. iPhone X will be just one.
Anyone know how well the iPhone 8/8+ sold on day one/first weekend?
