my phone accident dropped on the back go my metal desk 1 meter not far of the drop and landed on carpet floor.

I saw scuff marks i”m suprise the glass didn’t crack.

Did my phone bent the casing ?

I only saw scuff marks and one side uneven Of the casing but I think that was there when I got the device.

We can not tell anything without pictures. Don't you always use a case?

Just browsed all the posts from start to finish. What a wild ride. You guys are a glutton for punishment.

If it’s just a couple scratches they won’t say anything about it. If there is really something wrong with your phone they will send you a new one. If not probably send you back that one.

I'm pretty sure it will be returned back to the customer, as Apple will find that there are no issues with it.

Just to iterate on your post, if you bring your phone in the store, I find they _usually_ will exchange it without to much hassle in the inspection and are prone to assisting the customer, versus if you send it into a repair depot, it seems they are more stringent in there tech inspections. Anecdotal experience of course and based on every store might be different.

He is accident prone, I would know since I have a co-worker who damages his company iPhone every few weeks.
Really

This is like the movie "Groundhog Day."

Don't be surprised if Apple notices damage and contacts you about it. You best inform them of this before they receive the unit.
I did tell them but I ask my mother and sister they don’t see any damage with the phone.

Does not sound like you are being honest.

Im not sure what motivated you to post this. No pictures and your description is shaky. What do you want? Have Apple inspect the device and see if it can be fixed.

Fingers crossed.

If no one could see any damages why did you send the phone away to Apple?
Seems like a waste of time for a simple scuff.
