New member here, I have joined this forum for your assistance as Apple Customer Services were useless.
I have recently just got a new Iphone due to losing my old one.
This is the issue i am having. Since receiving my new Iphone i have done a iTunes restore using my back up file. Everything is fine i have got all the apps on my new phone and data however my shazam "Library/tag list" is missing. In the past every time i have upgraded or changed my phone this never use to happen.
I did not have a shazam account or registered via Facebook.
Is there anyway i could retrieve all my Library/Tag's. I have used multiple backup viewers / extractors i have manged to find some of the songs which i shazamed 2 years ago but i cannot find the most recent ones. - Im thinking Shazam developers changed the way Tags are stored?
I have used multiple back up-viewers /extractors to locate the files but i have not had any luck or do not know where to search within the Shazam directory.
Any assistance and help would be much appreciated.
