Does anyone else have specks of dust under their camera lens? Doesn't seem to be affecting photos but I don't really know how to tell. I'm more curious if anyone else has this? To check, you can put your lens under a flashlight to see if theres any dust. Is this normal? None of my previous iPhones has had this.

It's not entirely uncommon. Your situation looks fairly minimal compared to Others. The only thing you can do is exchange it for a new one if you are within your 14 day return period or accept a 'replacement' device if you are outside your return.

I see. I was hoping that people who didn't have this issue would be able to reply with pictures so I know whether its worth exchanging for.

I understand that. But given the circumstances during the manufacturing process, there's no telling that you won't have dust under the lens cover with your next iPhone either. Based on your pictures, that doesn't look like that would be an issue at all affecting the photos or even worth replacing in my opinion. It's minimal.

Not to mention, there is a thread already started on this same topic.

I’m going to guess that most people have this issue, as I’ve yet to see someone reply with a photo of their dust free camera?
