iPhone X glitiched out completely

Any idea how to turn audio description off?
It's stuck on and won't let me click anything just dictates what I tap. I'm locked out of my phone and FaceID isn't working or my passcode. I hace no idea how it even got turned on, it was just turned on when I woke up this morning.

Should be in accessibility settings. I believe if you double tap on things (or perhaps tap on them with two fingers or long touch them) you should be able to use them with description enabled until you disable it. Have you also tried restarting the phone?
