Resolved iPhone X Mute Switch Wiggle

My iPhone X was swapped since my current one the screen froze and never recovered.

Two question my mute switch is 90% tight and 10% of it I feel a very tiny wiggle just a centimeter wiggle is this common on iPhone X can you compare yours ?

Second question what the heck is this I can’t remove it ?


The only option I have is to go to authorized Apple store that’s new in my area them getting bad service at Apple store

I don’t think you buying Apple products has got anything to do with it.
