Hi everyone, I’ve been struggling with a problem for some time now, and have been unable to find a solution. I have a great deal of pictures on my phone that have been added since the last time I copied them over to my computer, but I keep getting an error telling me there are no new pictures on my device.
Yes, the phone is unlocked when I connect it, and the phone is set to trust the computer. The phone also shows up in iTunes, and I can back it up and so forth.
However, windows insists that I have no new pictures. I am also unable to browse the files on the phone through Explorer, as I normally can — the phone shows up, but there’s no “internal storage” listed with folders, like there should be.
I’ve tried everything I can think of. The only solution I’ve been able to find suggests that I rename the “PreviouslyAcquired.db” file, but that hasn’t worked.
Help!!
