Apple charger outputs power at 1A but I'm not sure how much is required for fast charging.

What happen if I get a power bank that outputs at 2A and fast charge is at 3A?
does it charge faster that the standard iPhone X charger or get slow down to 1A?

I guess that it act as iPad Charger but no fast charge since it is only work with Lightning to USB-C cable and USB-C with PD technology.

For fast charge you need a USB C to lightning cable and a USB C charger/powerbank that complies with the USB PD standard.

For everything else, i.e using normal USB to Lightning cable will charge around 2A provided that the power bank can deliver this amount.
