My iPhone 7 used to routinely hit 120Mbps on my home WiFi on 5ghz band. Comcast just upgraded me, and if I test using my 5K iMac, I see 180Mbps on WiFi now. But my iPhone X won't get over 40Mbps no matter what sitting right next to the iMac. I've tried 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and standing right in front of router. 40 Mbps is it.

I've tried "forget this network", rebooted the X, everything I can think of but the WiFi speed just sucks compared to my old 7 and my iMac.

I've seen other discussions on the web about this, but no definitive answers. Is the WiFi on the X really that bad?
