Need help. My phone X recently lost the ability to send plain text messages through Snapchat. It will send pics and videos that I take love through Snapchat to most people. It won’t send a pic or video from my library. And it won’t send pics in group chats. This only happens on cellular data. It will work on WiFi or even hotspotted to another phone. I’ve reset the network settings, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, cleared the cache in the app. Even erased the whole phone and restored it to an iCloud backup. Any ideas on how to fix this??

Do you have iCloud photos turned on? And Optimise iPhone Storage also on? If so, try Download and Keep Originals

I can’t get Snapchat support to reply back to me. I can log in on another at&t phone and it works just fine. I’m at my wits end with it
I’m actually on an 11Pro. I’be just been checking religiously for a new Snapchat update hoping that will fix it.
We figured it out. Changed the SIM card from a first net Sim card to an AT&T card and it works perfectly
