iPhone X won’t finish restoring

So, I set my new phone up yesterday, thought I was done, then I noticed 11.2 came out.

So I updated to it, but it wouldn’t finish cause I was still restoring from iCloud.

I thought that was odd, but ok it takes a bit.

So I went to iCloud settings and saw this screen, I’ve let it sit for almost a day now and it hasn’t changed.

Please help. I don’t want to stop the restore just in case I’ll miss something later. But I also can’t back up or update while it’s doing this.

More than likely it is done just stuck mine has done that a few times I always stop it and have never noticed anything missing
