iPhone XR iPhone XR and LTE

I picked up an XR last week and gave my wife my old iPhone 7. I’ve noticed whenever my wife has 3 bars of service, mine has 2. It’s pretty consistent most of the time, but I tend to notice the service bars more now that I have the XR and they’re on the right side of the screen where I’m used to glancing at the time. Has anyone else that upgraded from a 6/6+/7 notice having different LTE speeds on your XR?

For me the speeds seem to be consistent with what I had on my 8.
