I don't know if those are actually real cases or not but the packaging looks quite legit. I know for a fact chinese manufacturers will NOT let you produce an item with an existing companies logo like Apple for example so its not likely someone just happened to have these made. If these are real then its likely apple will after all carry cases for the XR which is exciting to know.

More than likely fake cases. Apple would have released them if they were going to be selling some for the XR. Also there are many counterfeit Apple logo cases with packaging for sale from China for different iPhones (any eBay search will have many examples in the results).
We can agree to disagree because there are plenty of counterfeit cases with the Apple logo with Apple looking packaging all over eBay coming from Chinese sellers.
Apple has chosen to go the route of showing off the fancy colors of the Xr through clear cases and enhancing the dullness of the Xs/Xs max with colored cases. I don't think the Xr will see new Apple cases. I'd love to be wrong!
Yes, I got one for my XR. From a distance it looked like an Apple official case right down to the packaging. Of course I knew it was going to be fake. However, the actual case was absolute rubbish and I returned it.
My coworker got a imitation silicone case for me. The packaging from afar looks legit. There's typos in the case. But otherwise, the case feels good. Buttons are tactile enough. The microfiber lining is smooth and lined up straight. In the past few days, I've started using it and love it. I forgot how much I like this kind of material despite the drawbacks. Too bad the bottom is opened. I've never used the official Apple silicone one so I can't compare...
