Iphone xs black screen flash

Hey guys any help at all or if anybody every ran into this problem. I was out of town yesterday using my iPhone when the screen went black to the apple icon. The icon will pop up the phone attempt to book up I get a very fast flash then it keeps going over and over again. I tried manual reboot no such luck. I got back today hooked it up to iTunes gave me two options an update and restore. I tried both of them no such luck I am getting error code 4013 at the end, My mac is up to date latest update? Any ideas? Thanks
