Other iPhone Xs default home screen layout

Can somebody please post what the default icon layout for the home screen on the second page with iOS 12.

I want to rearrange my icons back to the default but don’t have any source image to use as a reference.

I've seen this but then this will reset all my folders. I spent a lot of time organizing my apps into folders. Doing this will remove my folders.

Curious. If you've spent time organising folders, why then the need to set your 2nd page as the IOS default?

Seems it'd make sense to place secondary prioritised Apps there instead?

He probably wants to be able to see the wallpaper without having folders and icons interfering. I used to do the same thing until I got tired of double a double swipe all the time.
