Hi all, really hoping someone can help me with this problem!
My mum has a XS max and I have the 11 Pro Max. We often communicate by text, but for both of us, although notification banners show when one is received, when the phones are locked they make no audible alert, although they do alert when the phones are unlocked and in use.
Do not disturb is off, notification sounds and volumes are on, text message/imessage notifications are on, the sound on the phones is on, and I've been through every setting I can find and every Google-suggested 'fix' with no success - please someone tell me what I'm missing!
This is really important to us because we are both disabled with health problems, and having a text missed could be really serious in an emergency situation!
