iPhone XS Max iPhone XS max battery issue !

I have iPhone XS max .. when i leave it on charging for sometime & then tap to wake it shows me wrong battery percentage but after unlocking phone & check in notification it shows me correct battery percentage !

For e.g I leave at 20% charging .. after 10 mins it shows me 25% on tap to wake but as soon as i unlock it and see percentage in notification centre it shows me 28% ! It happens many times .. i just want to ask is it software or hardware issue ?

Probably a Software bug or your battery isn't calibrated. Have you tried doing it?

If it shows the correct battery state after unlocking, it has to be a software problem.

Yes ! It shows correct battery percentage after unlocking !
