iPhone XS Max iPhone XS Max crazy rays on low light photos

So my XS Max takes pictures like the following in low light conditions. Any photo that has a decent amount of light but is also low light produces this effect. I have looked around and not seen it being talked about very much. Any one else have this issue or is something up with my camera?

It could just be a smudge or something. Hoping you tried to clean the lens and try to take some shots. My Xs Max doesn’t show such issues in low light at all.

Even in super lowlight.

Believe it or not, this was really really low light.

Clean your lens. It looks fine. If it doesn't improve, contact Apple.

Was that shot taken through a window/glass? Just curious.
