Carrier iPhone Xs Max Data Speeds (Verizon)

All,

So I just activated my new iPhone Xs Max with Verizon. The data speeds I am getting are pretty terrible (3.4 mbps down, 0.10 mbps up). I don't know what my normal is, but its definitely much faster than this. Is anyone else noticing this? Maybe the network happens to be congested or there is some other type of outside interference. However, I am a tad concerned since this is a new phone. Thoughts?

Quite a bit of phones are being activated today.. Give it a few days, Verizon is probably utilizing a ton of traffic on their networks this entire weekend...
