iPhone XS Max iPhone Xs Max, iOS 12.1b2 and WiFi

I was having sub par performance on my iPhone Xs max. Results were 70-90mbira for the iPhone while every other device was getting 250+

Just installed iOS 12.1 beta 2 and it seems my xs max is preferring the 5ghz band again!

Fingers crossed that it was indeed solved

We should wait to see if it’s even mentioned in release notes.

Not mental or overall fixation. It’s been ten days with 1/3 the WiFi speed on my xs max. For now, it seems to be stable

Sadly it went back to preferring the 2.4ghz band. Pity. I was happy my only problem with it got solved. Apparently not
