When I swipe the page on my home screen right after unlocking my iPhone XS Max there is a lag and stutter as the page changes. This issue is intermittent as it does not happen every time, but it happens more often than not. Rebooting the phone temporarily fixes the issue but it returns after a short while. I have also reset all settings on the phone and erased all contents and settings on the device and the same thing happens, the issue goes away and then returns after a short time. I have tried to get a replacement from Apple but they have refused as they insist there is nothing wrong with my phone despite it stuttering when I swipe the home screen right in front of them. Does this happen to anyone else’s phone? The phone has never been dropped or seen water or any kind of moisture and is in perfect condition. The only thing I have not tried is a dfu restore in iTunes but I do not have a computer handy in my household so would like to hear some thoughts or any solutions or if a dfu restore will even do any good before I go out of my way to borrow a computer. I have also set up the phone as new when I erased it on the device itself and it is on the official 12.3 release. Please help, anyone. This is very annoying for my near $1,500 phone to be doing this.
