friends, i am looking for wireless charger for my xs max, there are so many with different powers, i am confused which one to buy, there are 5w, 7.5w 10 w and many more, please .guide me which one to choose

Whatever you want to buy, just make sure you look in the description to check the charging capacity specifically for iPhones.

iPhones can only charge at either 5 or 7.5w depending on the charger.
 
Nothing. It will just charge at either 5 or 7.5 watt depending on the manufacturer.

iPhones won't charge with anything higher than the 7.5W profile, and for most wireless chargers, that will also require connecting it to a QC mains adapter, so if you don't have one, factor that in as well.

A regular 12W/2.4A adapter (such as for an iPad) is sufficient only for the 5W profile.
