Hi Guys ,

A week ago I replaced my XS Max 256 for XS 256. The main reason that made me insist for a replacement was the fact that in two weeks, a very strange issue reappeared two times and I thought that it’s related to some hardware/power management issues.

The first time when this happened I took the phone from my desk , I tapped on it but the screen didn’t showed any signs of life. I tried to press the power button, but the screen remained black. I stayed with the phone in my hand for around a minute , trying not to panic and realize what exactly is causing this. In the same time I kept tapping or pressing the power button and suddenly the screen lightened as if everything was normal. This thing happened with the Max two times and with the XS one time already – today.

What do you think? Did you ever experienced something like this? Could this be a software related?

Thank you,

Nicky

Somebody , anybody?
I’m thinking that if this is an isolated issue , it will be even easier to consider it as a hardware fault. So maybe even the lack of feedback cold be considered as such.
