iPhone XS will not restore

Hey all,
Last night when I tried to unlock my phone, the screen froze and then the iPhone turned off. It is now only showing the restore screen. I have connected it to my Mac, and tried to restore it - but every time it finishes the process, my iPhone would restarts itself to the restore screen.
Would appreciate any help on this

I seem to recall I had an issue like this. I took it to the Apple Store and they were able to fix it. Sorry I don't remember what they did but it was a deeper level of restore or something.
