I’m guessing best buy/target/Walmart may have some sales or free gift cards. I’m doubting to see much from Apple itself.

If you can wait, it’s a matter of three weeks or so until Black Friday, which by then, there should be some type of sale prices offered for the iPhones via third-party retailer’s.
