I purchased an iPhone16 pro max on 27 December 2025 with a case and AU$60 Belkin screen protector. The screen protector failed at the edges after just 2 days. Looked a bit blurry then I felt a shard of glass and went straight back to Apple. Person took it off and wrapped it and told me to send to Belkin for a replacement. This would take 6 weeks! I went back the next day and said I would pay for another because it’s too much worry without it. Person said it’s okay they would replace it free of charge as less than 2 weeks old. What a relief! Then the same thing happened the next day without being dropped or badly handled. I took this protector off myself and now looking for recommendations for a better screen protector. I’m not getting another Belkin screen protector and feel like asking for a refund.
