I purchased a sim free iphone 4 32gb last october. It was purchased in my name, and I have receipt. My ex partner registered my pay as you go sim (giffgaff) for me as i was at work, and he'd done it in his name. last month we split up, and out of revenge he told giff gaff the phone had been stolen and they barred it and cancelled sim. Is there anything I can do? Obviously it's not been stolen, I have receipt and phone. It cost me £600 so it's not like I can just go buy a new one. Many Thanks for your help.
