Hi someone help please.

I'm hoping there's a fix without doing another fresh install. I have a iPhone4 on iOS 7 with jailbreak.

Suddenly I tried to turn on a app, and my phone just shut off and it tried to reboot itself. After I saw it was taking a bit too long I tried turning it off and on holding top button and home button and after a few tries I could finally turn the phone back on, but all the iOS stuff and everything are gone. I can only see apps I installed from app store there. Settings, Call, Safari and etc... are all gone. Only Music is there that is part of iOS. When I try to turn on any apps the phone would go into reboot again.
