Cycling to work yesterday in pouring rain. IPhone4 in a sealed pocket. However, inside of pocket must have become damp due to capillary leakage. Phone still works fine, but there seems to be a genuine "watermark" on the screen now. I can see many circles that look like holes cut out of a circuit board. Is there any hope that the display will ever improve ? What might help ? Anyone know what these holes are ?
Thanks.

Only thing I can think of without opening up the phone would be that it will eventually evaporate. Try keeping it in a warm area for a day or two but make sure its not to hot or you will damage the phone further.

Put the phone into a bowl or bag of rice turned off for the rest of the day. Try again in the morning. The rice will drain the moisture.
