This has happened about 3 times now. Usually, my Verizon iPhone works fine with my Mazda 3's Bluetooth. However, on these occasions, the car Bluetooth tells me that "Paul's iPhone is not connected". On each occasion, I've tried re-pairing the phone and car Bluetooth with no luck. Only thing that has worked has been turning the phone completely off, then restarting.

What is making this happen? How can I prevent it?
