iPhone4 fail to update to iOS5? Help NEEDED

my iphone 4 fails to update to iOS5 now, i suspect a reason being it has been previously synced and jailbroken on a windows machine, is it the real cause?

iTunes just shows me "it's not elegible for this built"

any tips on what to do next?
