Hello !
I've got an iPhone 4, I've had it for only about 8 months, and now my power button doesn't work? (it seems its always pressed in?)

Also the switch on the side to silence works off and on, sometimes when i silence my phone it's actually not silenced and I have to switch it on/off a couple times for it to silence.

I was wondering if anyone knows, will Apple fix this? I don't have apple care..but it seems like hardware issues, that are not my fault...I've never dropped my phone, except maybe on carpet? I don't use a case so..if any major impact has come to this phone the glass would probably be broken before the innerparts.

I just dont want to go over to the store and waste my time if they wont fix/replace it?

Thanks!!
