iphone4 has wrong camera in exif info?

Howdy All - I was trying to search flickr today for all photos taken with the iphone 4. I found one from a user that says it's an iphone 4, but when i look at the exif data, it shows that it's an "Apple iPhone 3G".

...not a big deal, I'm just curious if everyone has this oddness (i won't say issue lol). Anyone care to post sample photos or comment?

Which program are you using to read the EXIF?

Just took a test shot with my iphone 4 and two different programs showed camera:iPhone, software/firmware: 4, nothing more than that.

I have the same issue. On Flickr the EXIF info states iPhone 3gs. Must be on purpose so no one would see photo testing of the new iPhone 4.

I was just using what flicker provides under "more properties". I was searching around and found some samples elsewhere. I have this firefox plugin that shows exif if i right click and hit properties. Below is what I got. Pretty nifty they include GPS info too. I was hoping to search flicker for all iphone 4 photos since they'd probably have a huge variety.
