[iPhone4 JB] Any way to edit iPhone dictionary? (add entries)

I got a jailbroken iPhone 4 on 4.0.1 with openSSH & Netatalk installed.

Is there any way to dig into the preferences of the device to ADD custom dictionary entries or EDIT them?
In Dutch (my native languages) there are some dialect words I often use and the iPhone dictionary doesn't EVER learn these (trust me, I've used all methods 'available')
