iPhone4 microphone stopped working during calls, works fine in Voice Memo

Anyone have this happen, can it be fixed?

My phone is out of warranty (ip4 launch day order) and everything else works fine but the mic does not work any more during calls. In voice memo it works perfectly fine.

I did a factory restore and it didn't help. :confused::mad:
