iPhone4 - NO FaceTime or Internet Data

I had a 3GS 4.0 running ... Got my IPhone4 yesterday, restored from a backup file.... NOW no internet and no facetime.

If I restore as new ... it works.


I wanna keep my camera roll and text messages can anyone help ?
