Forgive me if I don't quite understand iPhone code :)

I saved my SHSH while on 4.0.0 via TU to Apple and Cydia (It said successful anyway). Is there any reason not to upgrade to 4.0.1?

If not I assume I just do a normal upgrade via iTunes then re-save 4.0.1 SHSH with TU?

Any other things I should be aware of?

Thanks!

better question is there a reason to upgrade? 4.0.1 barely does anything.. last I saw Dev-team said to hold off for now...

you can upgrade. it actually does do stuff. it changes the layout of the bars and changes the way the signal is calculated.

Additionally, it increased the sensitivity of the antenna from -118 dBm to -121 dBm.

And thats a reason to download a 500Meg file and reinstall an OS?
