Iphone4 sold it. How safe is my identity

When I sold my phone, I showed him it still worked. I did the erase all data and settings. Thing is I didn't know that can take hours. It was doing it for about 10mins. I took my sim out and he took the phone. It was still spinning the little busy symbol. He wouldn't be able stop it and pull my data?

Erasing the iPhone 4 only takes a minute or two. The spinning symbol just means it is restarting. You should be fine.

You should be fine but to be safe, change your Apple ID password...the one you use to buy Apps from the App Store.
