iPhone4 Tweak To Show Incoming Caller's Network Provider, City, State ETC.

I had a tweak installed before my restore that Shows the Incoming Caller's Network Provider, City, State ETC. Anyone know that tweak???? i cant seem to find it...
 
Seeming you mentioned "State" in your post I'm assuming you're American?

So did this tweak actually say, for instance...Call from AT&T or Verizon??

If so, it sure sounds neat! I'm wondering if this would work in Canada??

Does anyone know the name of this tweak??
 
The only two i can think of off the top of my head are "call infofields" and "mcallshow". Not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for though.

yea, actually im american born in boston but im currently in india n it even showed me providers from here also,.....
