I will be getting the Iphone4(verizon) and i currently have an Iphone4(AT&T) with a bumper. Will the bumper from the AT&T fit onto the Verizon phone? Or do i need to buy a separate bumper case?

It'll fit but won't control the volume/mute buttons correctly since they were moved slightly.
If you bought ur bumper new from apple within the last week or so it has been changed slightly to suit both.

I *think* the way you can tell is the new package has a white background while the older bumpers' packages had a gray background.
Exactly right. Also, the product number of the "old" bumper ended in /A. The new "universal" bumpers end in /B.
That stinks. I was still considering buying a bumper and now they're all going to be slightly off?
Hurry and buy one from somewhere like Amazon. Im pretty sure everyone doesnt have a new stock yet.
volume button was not moved. only mute button was moved slightly.
