iPhone4 won't sync!

I updated both iTunes and the iPhone over the weekend and everything wen't find with syncing until today wen't sync session failed to start. Nothing changed since yesterday so how can I fix this:confused:

Never mind, restart solved the problem in case you have the same weird error.
