latest update = phone unresponsive to touch

meaning, no matter what i do i cannot even unlock the phone because the touchscreen does not work

2hrs of apple care tech support = head to this forum

please help, i need to retrieve photos.

60gb of photos and i have 2 gb of iCloud storage SHAME ON ME

never engaged to "back up photos to iCloud" SHAME ON ME

never backed up my phone to a computer>>> SHAME ON ME

is there some kind of 3rd party data recovery where i dont have to press, "trust this computer"

will a iphone 5 keyboard work where i can press "enter" to trust this computer or use the keyboard to "engage back up photos to iCloud" where now i have 1tb of storage....

"wise guy" comments or "you should have done..." or obvious answers of things i tried will result in a horrible karma like your iCloud deleting everything or maybe your phone will cease up, gasp for air and die a slow painful death

Phoneview for Mac and iFunbox for Windows will let you browse your iPhone's file system. Don't believe you'll have to hit trust for either.

Your photos will be in the DCIM folder.

thanks, i actually just tried phone view for mac No dice going to try the other you suggested for windows.
