iPhone5 reset in chinese - looks like my phone is hacked

Hi,

I woke up this morning to see my iPhone 5 showing the "Hola" screen. My 2 years old son occasionally resets it when he enters wrong pass code, so I thought it would be it. However, the screen I see is continuously switching between different languages. When I try to shut down, I see a message in some oriental language (Most prob chinese), with some audio in same language. I have reset it a few times but the problem persists.

Please help me out as the phone is completely non-usable at the moment.

Try restoring from an older backup or restore as new.

How can I restore to an older version when I can't get out of the reset screen. It won't allow me to do anything even when I try to power off, there is a message written in front of the slide to power off bar.

plug into itunes, click restore.

Look under Settings/General/Languages and change it back to Engwish

Thought it was interesting you don't know the language of the writing but know the audio is the same language.
